At Total Bourbon, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bottle; however, due to the nature of alcohol sales, returns are generally limited to damaged or incorrect shipments. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival and contact our support team within 48 hours for any discrepancy.
Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the damaged product, the shipping label, and the external packaging to assist with your claim.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or instructions for a replacement.
Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
